Boat rental

"On February 17th my family and I rented a half/day boat from Cool Breeze in Nakomis, Florida. Very excited about our day on the Intercoastal, we started out. However the boat appeared to be slipping after we reached #41 north of Nakomis near Siesta Key. We called the office and they were able to walk us thru some techniques to help us back to the dock. Cool Breeze assured us they would have their mechanic check the boat. One day later we received a phone call indicating that the boat had an engine problem prior to our boarding the boat that they were unaware of until our problem. They quickly refunded our cost. The integrity of Cool Breeze In remedying this problem is too be commended. I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone wanting to rent a boat. "
